He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria D. Paine (Baranski); and his parents, Alfred Paine and Mildred Paine (Fay). He is survived by: his children, Al A. Paine, Jr. (Kathleen) of Pomfret and Ann Gratton (Roger) of Pomfret; his grandsons, Roger Gratton (Diane), David Gratton (Gabbi), Seth Paine (Jacquie) and Travis Paine (Kristen); and his great grandchildren, Owen Gratton and Atticus Paine.
