He was predeceased by: his son David; and his parents, Orazio Forcella and Uliana Forcella (DiBerardino). He is survived by: his children, Dr. Thomas Forcella (Karen), Mary Lou Sperry (Robert) and Susan Olechna (David); his grandchildren, Timothy Forcella, Daniel Forcella (Samantha), John Forcella (Brooke), Kara Matz (David), Cody Sperry, Palmer Sperry, Taylor Sperry, Nikki Grassis (Ryan), Michael Olechna (Iza), Richard Olechna, David Olechna and Peyton Olechna; and his great grandchildren, Katie Grassis, Cameron Grassis, Griffin Forcella, Kelly Forcella, Lucy Matz, Parker Matz and Millie Matz.
