He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald Brault and Jerri Bramley. He is survived by: his spouse Nina Karash (Berube); his children, Robert G. Karash of Occum, CT and Nina McCarthy (Karash) of Westerly, RI; his grandsons, Robert J. Karash and Noah Sherman; his brother Philip Gunther; and his sister-in-law Roberta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
