She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Coon and Beatrice Hunt Coon; her spouse Charles W McCarthy; her brothers, Herbert Coon, Stonington Coon and Everett Coon (Sue); her grandchildren, Joseph L Pendleton of Colorado, Michael Pendleton (Kimberly) of Coventry and Cheryl Teves (Andre) of Somerset; her stepdaughters, Ruth Daimler of Ledyard Ct, Kathleen Feld of New London Ct and Penny Robinson; her children, Beverly Ann Pendleton and Joseph R Pendleton; and her siblings, Walter Coon, Bernice Campbell, Susan Mosseau and Grace Pike. She was also cherished by five step grandchildren; eight step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
