We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2021, at the age of 92, William Hummel of Orange, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary L. Hummel (Polka Dance); his parents, William Hummel and Lena Hummel (Roth); his children, William Hummel of Easton, John Hummel of Orange and Mary Ellen McMahon (Kevin) of Fairfield; and his grandchildren, Lydia Hummel and Liam McMahon.

Masks and social distancing will be required.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Infant Church which was such a source of comfort for Bill in his later years.
