She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Harold Trask and Dorothy Ladd; her husband Stephen J. Loomis Sr.; her children, Stephen J. Loomis Jr., Debra Francisco (Randy), Penny Nalband (Gary), Shirley Nielsen (Brent) and David Loomis (Robert); and her brother James Trask. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Shirley's memory to either the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
