It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Barretta of Orange, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on September 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giacomo Barretta and Antoinette Tammaro Barretta; and his brothers, Louis and Charles Barretta. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Barretta Jr. (Lisa), David Barretta (Jennifer) and Christopher Barretta (Jena). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
