It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy R. Doheny of Orange, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Doheny; and her parents, Clarence Root and Ethel Joslyn Root. She is survived by: her children, John (Rose Monahan), Karen (Eric Riseman), Lisa Jacobson, Timothy (Kim Witteman), Amy (Paul Macy), Christopher (Jeanette Buoncampagni) and Brian (Joanne DeRiso); her grandchildren, Kelley (Chris Hall), Shannon (Chris Houle), Nicholas (Devin DeMartino), Keenan, Amy, Katharine, Molly (Clarke Hines), Claire, Emma, Sarah, Jackson, Seamus, Luke and Caden; her great grandchildren, Naomi and Grayson; her sister Bettylou (David Morowski); and her sisters-in-law, Helen Siano and Judy Doheny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
