She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore J. Melchiore, Sr.; and her parents, John Lasky and Adele Lasky (Gabris). She is survived by: her sister Irene Klotz; her children, Lonnie, Ricky, Cindi, Marla Polites, Salvatore J. Melchiore, Jr. (Kersti) and John Melchiore; her grandchildren, Sydney, Zachary Melchiore, Mason, Maverick Melchiore, Taryn Donnarummo (Stephen), Arielle Polites (James Neurath) and Britney Polites Gordon (Sean Gordon); and her great grandchildren, Eliana and Gabriella Donnarummo.
