He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Frederick Kendrick and Alice McGill Kendrick; his son Frederick Allan Kendrick, Jr.; and his stepmother Elizabeth Burns Kendrick. He is survived by: his wife Eva Kendrick (Campbell); his brothers, Dennis William Kendrick (Natalie Wexler) and Peter J. Fisher (Donna) of The Villages, FL; his sister-in-law Martha Gover of San Antonio, TX; his nephews, Michael Boudreaux and Shannon Boudreaux of Houston, TX; and his niece Shelley Vaughn of Marble Falls, TX. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
