He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Levine and Sylvia Bess Levine. He is survived by: his children, Elyse Appi, Maurice Levine (Tonya), Rachel Burnham (Gary) and Jonathan Levine (Ashlee); and his brother Richard Levine (Kathie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Erwin's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital at stjude.org.
