He was predeceased by: his wife Elinor Y. Moquet; his parents, Raymond C. Moquet and Ada Hissey Moquet; and his grandson Mark Whitlock. He is survived by: his pet Sage; his children, Leslie Whitlock (Jonathan) and Douglas Moquet (Linda); his grandchildren, Sarah Whitlock, Air Force Captain Douglas R. and Moquet, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Natalie and Charlotte Schiffrin. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
