He was predeceased by: his parents, Bronius Melninkaitis and Eugenija Melninkaitis. He is survived by: his wife Eve Melninkaitis (LaHines); his children, Ruta, Jonas (Beth), Andrew (Kris) and Anna; his siblings, Jeanne, Vidas (Jolanta), Tom (Nerija) and Bruno (Doeneshia); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Caleb, Ava, Quinn, Chloe and Violet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
