He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Millard and Bonnie Millard. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kyle Millard and Miranda; his sisters, Laura, Michelle, Jen and Abigail; his fiancée Jennifer Hill of Ohio; and his stepfather David Quadrato of Oakville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
