Kathleen Kontout Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Kontout of Oakville, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on September 10, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Steven Kontout; her parents, Loretta Zabit (Lepearle) and Raymond Zabit; her children, Lauren Kontout of Naugatuck and Justin Kontout of Oakville; her siblings, Raymond Zabit of Harwinton, Paulette Carlson and Judy Myers; and her grandchildren, Alexis Smitley, Jayden, Julian and Kristian Kontout. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, especially her co-workers.

We remain concerned about the ongoing pandemic so masks will be required during all indoor services whether you are vaccinated or not.
