He is survived by: his wife Marianne Bavone (Sottosanto); his children, John Bavone III (Debra) of Watertown, Joann Goeler (Robin) of Guilford and Jeanne Ayotte (Brian) of Clinton; his sister Florence Bartone of Oakville; his grandchildren, Michele Radeschie, Michael Shea (Allison), Matthew Bavone, Jonathan Bavone, Gavin Goeler, Seth Goeler, Tyler Ayotte and Daniel Ayotte; his great grandchildren, Samantha, Jeremy, Alina, Nico and Serafina; and his great great grandchild Sofia.
