He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary M. Bouchard. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Bouchard (Lisa), Jacqueline Cormier (Joseph), Gary Bouchard (Michelle) and Jennifer Boisvert (Justin); his grandchildren, Jessica, Jaimie, Amanda, Garrett, Aidan and Jonathan; his brother Rodney Bouchard; his sisters-in-law, Shirley of Cheshire and Joanna Maher of California; and his caregiver Lauren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
