He was predeceased by: his parents, Raffaele Longo and Maria Mastroianni Longo; his aunts, Caterina Longo, Giuseppina Mercuri and Anna Bonaddio; his uncle Frank Bonaddio; and his cousins, Giuseppe Giampa (Pino) and Gino Mercuri.

He is survived by: his wife Angela Longo; his children, Maria DiPietro (Salvatore), Sabrina Geary (Shane) and Raffaele Longo (Morgan Ely); his grandchildren, Stella Geary, Nolan Geary and Luca DiPietro; his sister Angelina Vescio; and his nephews, Eugenio, Antonio and Raffaele Vescio. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren.
