It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Garcia of North Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Garcia and Carlotta Francesconi Garcia; and his brother Christopher Garcia. He is survived by: his significant other Kimberly Mase; his significant other's child Tehya Mase of Hamden; his brother Joseph Garcia Jr. (Pat) of Wallingford; and his goddaughter Jessica Radcliffe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
