James A. Apuzzo Obituary
In loving memory of James A. Apuzzo of Hamden, Connecticut, who departed this world on November 23, 2024 at the age of 70. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Apuzzo and Bertha Tuscano Apuzzo; his brother Bruce Apuzzo; and his parents-in-law, Louis and Rose Coppola.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Coppola Apuzzo; his children, Anthony Apuzzo (Jennifer), David Apuzzo (Rebecca) and Jeanette Apuzzo; his grandchildren, James, Kylie Apuzzo and Derick Mullin; and his brothers, Steven Apuzzo (Kim), Louis Apuzzo (Marianne) and Anthony Apuzzo (Susanne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Pompeii/St Pio of Pietrelcina Parish (355 Foxon Rd, East Haven, CT 06513).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital http://www.stjude.org or a charity of one's choice.
