He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eugenia "Genie"; his children, R. Corydon Hartley (Linda) of Merrimack, NH, E. Cheryl Wisniewski (Michael) of East Lyme, Kris Hartley Wohlgemuth of Niantic, CT and Kit Hartley (Steven) of Niantic, CT; his grandchildren, Gina, Rob, Julie, Kelsy, TJ and Cory; his parents, Ritchie Hartley and Christine Koehler Hartley; and his brother Leroy of Philadelphia. He was also cherished by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Niantic American Legion or Veterans of Foreign Wars.
