He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Eiriksson and Wilbur William Pflomm; and his brother Wilbur Pflomm (Constance "Connie" Pflomm). He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Pflomm of East Lyme; his children, Martha Garvin (Steve) of Waterford, Robert Pflomm of East Lyme and Kirsten Pflomm (Jay) of Stonington; his granddaughters, Alexa Garvin and Brooke Garvin of Waterford; his great grandchildren, Will Ward (Laura) and Chuck Ward (Jeannine); his daughter-in-law Monica Ward; and his stepgrandchildren, Rhiannon Gates and Gabe Ward.
