He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Garrow, and Eugenia Garrow, Jr. (Lavoie); and his siblings, Charles Garrow (Sarah), Madeline Debold (Ronald) and Elizabeth Tetreault.
He is survived by: his wife Frances M. Garrow (Shubert); his daughters, Mary Norris (Alan) of Farmington and Lynn Kent (Carl) of Harwinton; his grandchildren, Patrick Norris, Denise DeZinno (Jonathan) of Plainville, Nicholas Norris, Sarah Norris and William Kent; his great grandchildren, Alexander DeZinno, Wyatt Cables Kent, Erabella Kent and Phillip Kent; and his brothers, Bernard Garrow (Marie) of Vernon and Donald Garrow (Patricia) of Woodland, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
