He was predeceased by: his brother Dr Robert Shook; and his parents, Dr. Lester Shook and Ann Shook of Fargo, N. D. He is survived by: his sister Betsy Baker; his brother-in-law Al Baker; his brother Dr. Dale Shook; and his siblings-in-law, Mona Shook, Susan Shook, Dr. James Tyler Carpenter, Karen Carpenter, RN of Milton, MA and Robin Carpenter of Sonoma, CA.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Green Grass Partnership through the First Congregational Church of Old Lyme.
