He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kambeitz and Martha Kambeitz of Montrose, PA.; and his brother Harold Kambeitz, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jane Sprafke; his daughter Alison Kambeitz-Cardoza (Joshua Cardoza) of Waterford; his sister Donna Kambeitz Kosik (David Kosik) of Montrose, PA.; his grandchildren, Kyle of Joshua and Addison Ella-Ray Cardoza of Waterford; his nieces, Melodie Kambeitz Thomas and Debra Kosik Weaver (Ivan Weaver); his nephew Dan Kosik; his great-nieces, Bethany, Julie and Eleanor Weaver; his great-nephew William; and his stepdaughters, Katie O'Grady of Fairfield, Gretchen Sprafke of Bryn Mawr, PA and Lisa Sullivan of Manchester, VT.
