He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Goulekas and Helen Balias Goulekas. He is survived by: his wife Dale Wadsworth Goulekas; his stepson David Waddington, Jr.; and his granddaughters, Anna and Ava Waddington of Waterford. He is also survived by numerous loving family members & friends.
