She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Hood (Kablik) and William Hood; her siblings, William Hood (Gail) of The Villages, FL and Joanne DiResta (Peter) of Niantic; her children, Cynthia (Kevin Knauff) of Edgewater, MD, Gregory (Kerin Lauria) of East Haddam and Jonathan (Sandra) of Cheshire; and her grandchildren, Monica, Emily, William, Matthew, Joseph and Michael. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
