He is survived by: his daughter Phyllis Quinlan (Neil) of New Castle; his son-in-law Mark Stanley of South Windsor; his grandchildren, Neil Quinlan Jr. (Suzanne) of Manchester, NH, Mary Quinlan of Vernon, Kevin Quinlan (Georgina) of Miami, FL, Brendan Stanley (Erica) of Boston, MA, Allison Quinlan of Fairfax, VA, Ryan Stanley of South Windsor and Conor Stanley (Katie) of Glastonbury; his great grandchildren, Logan Stanley, Taylor Epps, Carter Stanley, Meara Quinlan, Miranda and Henry Quinlan; and his nephew Herb.
