She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Petruchik. She is survived by: her children, Kim Cavanagh (Steven) of Waterford, Connecticut, Robin Whittemore (Douglas) of Storrs, Connecticut, Peter J. Petruchik (Pamela Park) of Norfolk, Massachusetts, Dwight Petruchik (Laura) of Honeoye Falls and Beth Zimmerman (Kurt) of Wilbraham, Massachusetts. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
