He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Soares Pavone; his parents, Umberto Pavone and Rafaella Medina-Cuervo Pavone; and his siblings, Emanuel Fernandez, Joseph Paul Pavone, Albert and Pauline Pavone Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Shirley A. Pavone of Monroe, Albert J. Pavone of Oaks, PA, Emanuel N. Pavone (Loribeth) of Newtown and Paul A. Spencer (Nancy); his sister Rafaella Richard of San Diego, CA.; his granddaughter Allory Pavone (Andrew); his great grandchild Adrienne; his stepgrandchildren, Koty LaJoie of Newtown and Cherokee Belvel of Boston; and his pet Smoochie.
