He is survived by: his wife Danuta Puka (Lachowska); his children, Sebastian Puka (Elizabeth) of Newington, Erik Puka (Beata) of Cheshire and Patrycja Puka of Middletown; his grandchildren, Dominik Puka, Alessandra and Cassandra Puka; and his sister Lucyna Bachur (Alex) of South Carolina.
