He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dean, Mary Moore, John and Ruth Neudecker. He is survived by: his parents, Victor Moore and Laurie D'Aquila (Neudecker); his son Zachary (Melissa) of Groton; his brothers, Jeremy Moore of East Haddam and Phillip Moore (Sachiyo) of Kaneohe, HI.; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Jr. (Samantha), Sakura, Kaito, Abigail and Fiona; and his caregivers, Mary, Patrick, Rec, Sue, Matt and Chris. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, in-laws.
Due to the covid pandemic and Phil's military commitment, there are plans for a Celebration of Chris' Life on April 30, 2022 at the Moodus Sportsmen's Club. outdoors in the summer.
