It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Bloom (New Milford, Connecticut), born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 20, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sharon Austin Bloom; his daughter Dara Bloom; his parents, Sally Bloom and Bill Bloom; and his sister Robin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Yale Hospital Transplantation Center Patient Care Fund, where Steven received wonderful care.
