He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Golembeski and Anna Golembeski (Docktor). He is survived by: his wife Muriel Golembeski (Johnson); his son David Golembeski; his sister Kathryn Golembeski; his nieces, Leanne Golembeski and Rebekah Brady; and his nephew William Brady. He is also survived by his extended family; his cousins.
Facial coverings, social distancing and hand sanitizing are required at the visitation.
