He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Clark (Dzubak); his parents, Irving Clark and Mary Clark (Zanzal); and his brothers, Raymond and Ronald.
He is survived by: his children, Richard J. Clark Jr. and Diane Bailey (Michael). He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
