She was predeceased by: her husband John P. Di Leo Sr.; and her father Anthony DiGiacomo. She is survived by: her children, Laura (Paul Courtney), John, Elise DiLeo of Ponte Vedra and Paul DiLeo (Gail Sturges); her grandchildren, Michelle, Alex Fortin, Samantha Courtney, John Di Leo III, Dr. Matthew Di Leo, Catherine, Lewis McLean, Vincent Di Leo, Ashley Hill, Paul Di Leo Jr. and Erika Foster; and her great grandchildren, Zachary Di Leo, Gabriella Foster and Isabella Foster.
