She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Ballard; and her parents, Lloyd Decker and Lois Decker (Bagley). She is survived by: her siblings, Lloyd Decker (Linda) of New Fairfield and Arlene Peet of Brookfield; and her nieces, Eileen Burke and Diane Giardina Catherine (Daniel).
