He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kramschuster; his children, Paul Hovland (Laura), Jill Vermilyea (Peter) and Jessica Smith (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Katherine, Benjamin, Luke, Emma, Aidan, Cassandra and Gabriella.
