He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony DeCosa and Mary DeCosa (Colozzo); his son John J. Haran; and his sister Helen Moran. He is survived by: his wife Josephine DeCosa (Matts); his children, Steven DeCosa (Joan), Charles A DeCosa Jr. (Donna), Wayne A. DeCosa (Bobbie) and Beth Phelps (Bryan); his brother Daniel M. DeCosa; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Alyson DeCosa, Roxanne Gleason (Dustin) and Grace Phelps.
Those attending are required to wear a mask and follow social distancing protocol.
