He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammie Lee Johnson and Emily "Al" Green Johnson; and his sister Charlene "Punkin" Johnson. He is survived by: his daughters, Carlena Smalls, Eartha Dow and Shanika Hastie; and his siblings, Rosa Green, Sammie Lee "Shorty" Johnson Jr., Michael Johnson and Alicia Johnson-Williams. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations, cards, food and nonalcoholic drinks will be accepted and appreciated.
