He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Chadwick and Jacqueline Chadwick; and his wife Blondell Chadwick. He is survived by: his children, Kylah of New London, Tonisha of New London and Yasmin Chadwick of New London; his son-in-law Lonnie Ray of New London; his grandchild Kylani Ray of New London; his siblings, Cornelia White of North Carolina and Dwayne Chadwick of Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Darius of North Carolina, Temari White of North Carolina, Tasia White of North Carolina, Andrevia Chadwick of Georgia and Vetrell Chadwick of Georgia; and his mother-in-law Emma Bolden of New London. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and godchildren.
