He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen Madden (O'Dwyer) and John Madden. He is survived by: his spouse Stacey Crandall; his sons, Jack and Patrick; and his pet Max. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren, five maternal aunts.
