She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Medina and Domitila Medina (Cruz); and her spouse Mercedes Cruz. She is survived by: her children, Carmen (Carlos Hernandez) of New London, Maria (Ruben Vazquez) of Waterford, Miguel (Edith Cruz) of East Hartford, Ramon (Gaby Cruz) of New London, Samuel (Maria Cruz) of New London, David Cruz of New London and Manuel Cruz of New London. She is also survived by Seventeen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and four great -great grandchildren.
