He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Anne Graziano. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Banning (Timothy), Laurie Burgess (Richie) and Jon Graziano (Colleen); and his sister Pamela Olexy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Ataxia Foundation, a cause that was important to both John and Judith.
