He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Green Peyton and Mary Morsell Craighill; his wife Evelyn Cope Stryker; his children, Thomas Bigda-Peyton (Francis), William Peyton and Ellen Glaessner (Phil); and his grandchildren, Joe (Lindsay), Hope, Sam Bigda-Peyton, Daniel, Steven Peyton and Phil Glaessner, Jr..
