He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Griffin and Althea Griffin (Hall). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; and his children, Dennis, Christina, Shannon, Tiffany and Hilary. He is also survived by her his children blessed him with 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
