She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward P Neilan and Charlotte Barrett Neilan; her husband Joseph F. Rossetti, Jr.; and her siblings, Edward B. Neilan (Linda) of New London, John Neilan (Karen) of East Lyme, Charlotte Ellen Darling of New London, Martha Anne Rogers (Thomas) of Mooresville, NC, Elizabeth Neilan of East Haven and T. Michael Neilan.
