He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Ludwik-Jakubik and Agata Misiak; his grandchildren, Karolina Olewicz (Sebastian), Michal Misiak (Wioletta) and Lukasz Misiak; and his great grandchildren, Maya and Natalie Olewicz.
