He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Sebastian and Ruth S. Douglass Sebastian. He is survived by: his brother Howard R. Sebastian (Ann); his nieces and nephews, Duane, Danell, Tanya and Deborah; his siblings, Janace Hardy and Charles Hardy; and his great-niece Ellen.
