She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Haley and Phoebe Haley; her son David Provenzano; her husband Alfred Provenzano of Parkinson's Disease; her grandson Robert M. Provenzano; and her siblings, Garfield, Vincent, Henry, Vernon, Theresa, Roy and Pearl.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Provenzano (Claire) and Rose Provenzano; her grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah, Christopher, Nicholas and Laura; and her sisters, Bernice Tomshek (Peter) and Faye DeLuca (Ralph). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
